Exchanges, Returns, & Shipping

We will gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original purchase.

All garments must be clean and unworn, with the tags still attached, and in their original condition. Exchanges and returns can be completed through our website.

Once processed, a return shipping label will be created and sent to your email address within 2 business days.

Refunds will be processed on the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns. However, Penna will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.

By making a purchase at pennawear.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the return policy of pennawear.com as mentioned on this page, and agree to abide by it.

Free Shipping is offered on orders $150 and above, after promotions and discounts are applied, within the contiguous US.

We don’t currently ship internationally, but plans are on the horizon. Stay tuned for more updates.

For orders less than $150, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Penna is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost in transit, we can assist you with filing a Shipping Insurance claim.
