Exchanges, Returns, & Shipping


We will gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original purchase.


All garments must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. 

For Returns:
Once processed, a shipping label will be created and sent to your email address within 2 business days. Refunds will be processed on the original method of payment minus the shipping fee.

Please note we do not offer returns on custom embroidered garments.  

For Exchanges:
Exchanges will be processed as a refund and a new order must be initiated through our website. Once processed, a shipping label will be created and sent to your email address within 2 business days. Refunds will be processed on the original method of payment. Shipping costs to return the original item will be waived for exchanges.

By making a purchase at pennawear.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the return policy of pennawear.com as mentioned on this page, and agree to abide by it.

Free shipping is offered on orders $120 and above, after promotions and discounts are applied, within the contiguous US.

We don’t currently ship internationally.

For orders less than $120, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Penna is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost in transit, we can assist you with filing a Shipping Insurance claim.
