By making a purchase at pennawear.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the return policy of pennawear.com as mentioned on this page, and agree to abide by it.

Free shipping is offered on orders $120 and above, after promotions and discounts are applied, within the contiguous US. We don’t currently ship internationally. For orders less than $120, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Penna is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost in transit, we can assist you with filing a Shipping Insurance claim.
